The Fitual Anywhere is a subscription-based online platform that allows you to access The Fitual’s signature workouts (Fitual, Ritual, MEGA (inspired), 30/30, Pre & Post Natal). We also offer Fitual Anywhere exclusive classes such as, Live classes, Ballet Flow, and Relax.

Each week, we provide a new set of classes so you can keep reaching your goals. With over 150 on-demand classes in The Fitual Anywhere library, everyone will find a fitness ritual that works them. Experience our uniquely designed workouts, Anywhere!

What classes do we offer?

Fitual: A high energy class designed to sculpt and strengthen your body. This approach blends fluid transitions from dance cardio to core work and resistance training intervals – guaranteed to get your heart rate pumping.

Ritual: This class is designed to be low impact. It focuses on building core strength. Toning and sculpting of the hips, thighs, glutes and arms is achieved through a balanced blend of ballet basics, yoga, and bodyweight exercises utilizing light weights and resistance bands.

Quickie: These classes are designed for when you are in a hurry and can be done in under 30-minutes!

Express: When you want to target a specific body part, express is for you!

Pre & Postnatal: Designed for new moms who are at least 8 weeks postpartum and cleared from their doctor to start exercising again. In our Ritual +1 classes, Chalnessa incorporates the fundamentals of the Ritual class, but puts a special focus on healing the core and pelvic floor, post baby.

30/30: This combines our MEGA inspired class with our signature Fitual. This class will get your heart rate up and is guaranteed to leave you sweaty. A total body sculpt!

What is the TFA prescription?

The Fitual Anywhere has classes for everyone. Each week a new set of content is dropped. The suggestion is to take each class 1-3 times. By completing the class more than once you work on those specific movements to help your balance, posture, and tone your body.

I’m new to The Fitual Anywhere, where do I start?

We have created a WELCOME section on The Fitual Anywhere. This section includes basic classes and modification suggestions to help give you a kick start to The Fitual Anywhere! If you ever have any questions, send us an email at info@thefitual.com

Does a specific move not feel right?

If movements do not feel right or you feel pain, we do not suggest pushing through it. Please reach out to us by email at info@thefitual.com for guidance.

What do we offer for pre & post-natal mamas?

A healthy fitness ritual is key to a happy mama. Chalnessa guides you through a safe, low impact class with focus on your pelvic floor. We hope that you mamas can have some me time to allow your body to heal and recover through movement.

What makes us different from other online studios?

With our huge variety of classes available, everyone is guaranteed to find a practice that works for them. Our classes have a wide range from low impact to high intensity. With Chalnessa’s professional experience in ballet, she incorporates the discipline of dance into the practice, making The Fitual Anywhere like no other online studio. Proper form is also a key component to any workout regimen, Chalnessa gives verbal cues for how you can improve form for more effective results throughout each class.

Are there live classes?

On The Fitual Anywhere LIVE classes happen each week. Each week the LIVE class schedule changes so you are guaranteed to find a LIVE class that works for you. Once the LIVE classes are finished, they are available for 24 hours and some even get added into the RENTAL section on our online studio.

When do I know you are going live?

Follow our Instagram @thefitualanywhere. You can find our weekly LIVE schedule there!

What is a RENTAL?

The rental section is where select LIVE classes are available to be purchased for 24 hours. Each rental class is $10.00

What if I don’t have time for a full workout?

We've got you covered! Check out The Fitual Anywhere's Quickie classes and Express classes for when you’re in a time crunch, but still want to sweat!

When does new content drop?

We release our new weekly series every Monday.

What equipment do I need for The Fitual Anywhere?

Some basic equipment is suggested before you get started with us on The Fitual Anywhere. The great thing about The Fitual Anywhere is that all classes can be done with no equipment so you can truly do it anytime and anywhere!

- 3lbs weights

- 5lbs weights

- Optional heavy weight (8lbs-15lbs)

- Loop bands (light, medium and heavy resistance)

- Sliders**

- Supportive Shoes

- Yoga Mat

All the equipment is available in studio to purchase!

** If you’re on wooden or tiled floors, you can use towels or socks instead of sliders. If you are on carpet, try using a piece of cardboard or a paper plate!

How can I connect with the Fitual Anywhere community?

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to enter a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.

My credit card is being declined. Why is that?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be declined.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign into your Fitual Anywhere account, click on dashboard located in the header, click billing, click cancel subscription.

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.

Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

Yes! Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site. To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast. Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser. To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.

Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?

Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.

Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!

Which browsers are supported?

While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.
