Where is my coupon code to redeem the 6-month free trial?

Each purchased Yoga/Pilates Home Set comes with a separate card inside the box with your unique coupon code printed on it and sign up/redemption instructions.


If for some reason you did not receive this card & code, or the code did not work, please send 1. a photo of your card containing the unique code or 2. a photo of your Yoga/Pilates Home Set and proof of purchase to customerservice@mondetta.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

What is included in the Yoga/Pilates Home Set?

The Yoga/Pilates Home Set includes the essential equipment recommended for The Fitual Anywhere workouts and yoga-inspired classes. Included in the box are:

  • A foldable yoga mat

  • Yoga block

  • Exercise power band

  • Resistance band

  • Mini fitness ball

  • Ankle/wrist weights

Do I need the Yoga/Pilates Home Set to use The Fitual Anywhere?

No. Most classes can still be completed without equipment, and modifications are often provided. The Yoga Kit is designed to help enhance your workouts and give you the full studio-style experience at home.

I purchased my Yoga/Pilates Home Set from Mondetta.com and would like to return it for a refund.

Yoga/Pilates Home Sets purchased through Mondetta.com may be returned provided the item is unused and includes all 6 items, original labels, tags, and packaging. To initiate a return, please visit:

Once the return has been received and inspected by the shipping team, an approval for the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that items that were purchased as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

I purchased my Yoga/Pilates Home Set at Costco and would like to return it for a refund.

Please note, Mondetta and mondetta.com cannot accept returns for Yoga/Pilates Home Sets purchased through Costco or other retail partners. All returns must be processed through the original place of purchase.


To be eligible for a refund, the Yoga/Pilates Home Set must be returned with all 6 items in their original packaging and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Why do I need to create an account?

An account profile is required in order for you to gain exclusive access to Yoga/Pilates Home Set instructional videos and The Fitual Anywhere classes. We do not share with or sell your information to anyone. 

Why do I need to provide my credit card info if it’s a free trial?

A credit card is required to activate your free trial because the membership automatically continues into a paid subscription after the trial period ends unless canceled beforehand. Providing payment information helps:

  • Verify active accounts

  • Prevent duplicate or fraudulent trial signups

  • Ensure uninterrupted access if you choose to continue after the trial

You will not be charged during the free trial period. If you decide the membership is not for you, you can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid billing. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your account settings under Billing > Cancel Membership.

After my trail period ends, is it mandatory to continue, and how much does a membership cost?

No, continuing your subscription is completely optional!  However, if you wish to cancel before being charged, you must do so before the trial period ends.  You may want to set a reminder in your calendar if you wish to decline the recurring subscription fees.


Current membership options are:

  • Monthly membership: CAD $24/month

  • Yearly membership: CAD $250/year

What if I was charged after my free trial ended, but wanted to cancel?

The Fitual Anywhere memberships automatically renew after the free trial ends unless the membership is canceled before the trial expiration date.

If you were charged unexpectedly:


  1. Log into your account immediately

  2. Go to My Account in the top navigation

  3. In your profile select the Purchases tab

  4. Under your chosen membership subscription, select Manage > End Membership

  5. This will cancel your membership to prevent future charges

Refund approvals may depend on the platform’s billing policies and timing of the cancellation request.

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?


  1. Log into your account

  2. Go to My Account in the top navigation

  3. In your profile select the Purchases tab

  4. Under your chosen membership subscription, select Manage > End Membership

  5. This will cancel your membership immediately and you will not be charged on the next billing date.  You will still have access to content until the end of the current billing period.


Why is my credit card being declined?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

How do I access my account?

To access your account, click Sign In at the top right of the page and enter your email address. You can request a sign-in link be sent to your email address to sign in without the need for your password or you can enter your password without requesting a sign-in link.

How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In page, click Sign in with password and then click on set new password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the email, click Reset Password, and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page. If you have trouble remembering your password, you can also use our Passwordless Sign-In option by requesting a Sign-In Link on the login page.

How do I access the classes?

Once you sign into your account, navigate the Classes section in the top menu to access all of our videos.

Can I download videos to save them to my device?
Our content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded directly to your device. However, you can access it anytime by signing into your account. If you're using our mobile app, you can save videos for offline playback, allowing you to watch your chosen videos later without an internet connection.
Why am I experiencing buffering or playback issues?
Buffering or playback issues are often related to your internet connection. We recommend a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for smooth streaming. You can also try refreshing the page, using a different browser, or clearing your cache.
Can I create multiple accounts with the same email address?
No, each email address can only be associated with one account. If you believe you already have an account and can’t remember the login details, please use the Forgot Password link.
How do I change my membership plan or update my billing information?
To change your membership plan or update your billing information, sign into your account and click Profile at the top right. Then, select Purchases. To change your membership plan, click on Manage Plan under the Membership section and follow the prompts to switch to a different option. To update your billing information, click on Change Payment Method under the Payment Method section and enter your new billing details.
